BUILD is a functional strength and full-body bodybuilding program.

The goal of BUILD is simple...LOOK amazing, FEEL amazing, and HAVE A BLAST while doing it!

BUILD is a little different from our core program.

In BUILD, we trade out some “intensity” and “testing” for a little more “burn” and “aesthetics".

We give up the “prepared for anything” to gain some more “OMG you look amazing".

We will lose some “for time” aspect of training to gain some “for the pump” focus.

And you know what...that’s ok! It doesn't always have to be 21-15-9 to get an unreal workout.

BUILD will deliver a great workout every single time. This is functional strength + bodybuilding.

BUILD is a 5 days a week program, so if you feel like you want to do our program at a 24 hour gym then we have options for that as well.

Our classes are open gym style with a coach walking around, while BUILD is on also is our other program WEIGHTLIFTING

3x a week sessions: Tuesday and Thursday at 5pm Saturday mornings at 8am.
